TrendHR is partnering with an established, high-volume surveying company expanding into the North Houston market.
This is not a plug-and-play sales role. This is a build-it-from-the-ground-up opportunity.
You’ll be the face of the company in Houston, responsible for building relationships, generating revenue, and establishing a long-term presence in one of the fastest-growing markets in Texas.
What You’ll Do
- Launch and grow the North Houston territory
- Develop new business across residential, commercial, and construction sectors
- Build relationships with builders, developers, title companies, engineers, and contractors
- Prospect through calls, emails, in-person visits, and networking
- Represent the company at industry events and in the field
- Own your pipeline from first contact to repeat business
- Partner with operations to ensure smooth execution
What You Bring
- Proven success in outside sales or business development
- Strong relationship-building and face-to-face selling skills
- Self-starter mentality with ability to build a territory from scratch
- Organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management
Highly Preferred Background
- Real estate or title services
- Land surveying or related services
- Construction, civil engineering, or land development
